Robbie Campbell is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience at Avenue5 Residential since February 2016. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager, Robbie oversees the daily operations of two assets comprising 385 units, while actively supporting other Avenue5-managed properties. Previous roles at Avenue5 include Property Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the management of a 310-unit apartment community, and Assistant Property Manager, focusing on operations strategy and resident retention. Additional experience includes positions as Leasing Manager and Leasing Consultant, emphasizing leasing and resident relations. Prior to Avenue5, Robbie worked as a Golf Shop Assistant at Sand Point Country Club, ensuring smooth daily operations for members and guests. Robbie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Washington State University, completed in 2014.
