Carlos Souza is a seasoned professional in the field of Salesforce and technology, currently serving as an Atlassian/Salesforce Leader Team and Salesforce Team Leader at Avenue since April 2021. Previous roles include a Salesforce Consultant at Harpia Cloud and a Salesforce Pl Consultant at Cognizant, providing functional analysis and customization within the Salesforce CRM. Carlos began the career in software development with experiences as a C# Developer and Junior Programmer at BRQ and Kitani, respectively, and progressively moved through various technical support and consulting positions. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from FIAP and is currently pursuing an MBA in Information Technology Management.
