Thorsten D. has a diverse work experience in the IT industry spanning over two decades. Thorsten currently holds the position of Senior Change Manager, Problem Manager, Operation Manager, and President of the Employee Representative at Aveniq since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Change Manager at Aveniq from September 2019 to June 2021. From April 2013 to June 2021, Thorsten held the role of Problem and Change Manager at Aveniq, where they were responsible for system changes in the IT environment, led the Change Advisory Board, and managed reporting, monitoring, and process design for problem and change management.

Before joining Aveniq, Thorsten worked as a Senior Process Manager from November 2018 to September 2019. Thorsten also served as an ICS Infrastructure Service Coordinator at Aveniq from November 2011 to March 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior ICT Supporter at Aveniq, providing second-level support in the IT field of the energy industry along with handling smaller projects and task forces from September 2006 to November 2011.

Earlier in their career, Thorsten gained experience as an ICT Supporter at Freestar-People AG from October 2002 to September 2006, where they provided second-level IT support in the energy sector and worked on various projects. Thorsten also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the IT department at Die Webexperten from July 2000 to August 2002. Additionally, Thorsten worked as a freelancer at InoProjekt AG from August 1998 to July 2000, leading various IT projects.

Thorsten D. attended Ausbildungsstätte Waldkraiburg from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Industrie und Datenverarbeitungskaufmann. Thorsten'sfield of study focused on Betriebswirtschaft, Kosten und Leistungsrechnung, Ablauforganisation, and Informatik.

Additionally, Thorsten D. obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1992, they completed a Weiterbildung Datenverarbeitungskaufmann at IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern. Later, in 2011, they received a certification in Zeitmanagement from Kalaidos University. In 2012, they earned certifications in Projektmanagement Grundlagen from SGO Training and ITIL Foundation V3 from TÜV SüD. Lastly, in 2015, Thorsten D. obtained the certification in Sicheres Präsentieren from Consensis.
