Michael Schidlo has extensive work experience in the field of system engineering. Michael started their career as a student at BayernLB in 2000 and worked there until 2003. In 2004, they joined Kern AG Freiburg as a System Engineer and stayed with the company until 2022. During this time, they gained valuable expertise in SAP Basis System Engineering. In 2022, Michael joined Aveniq as a Senior SAP Basis System Engineer.

Michael Schidlo attended the University of cooperative education Heidenheim from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik with a field of study in Geschäftsprozesse. In September 2020, they also obtained the LPIC-1 certification from the Linux Professional Institute.
