Beata Miętus-Sierżant is an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in product management and quality assurance. Currently serving at Avenga since July 2022, Beata previously held similar roles at Code & Pepper and SoftServe, focusing on managing Product Backlogs and stakeholder engagement. In addition to product ownership, Beata has extensive experience in quality assurance and testing from roles at EUVIC, ista Shared Services, and Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. with responsibilities ranging from manual testing to documentation of requirements. Beata possesses a Master's degree in German Philology from the University of Silesia and has completed postgraduate studies in Translation studies at Uniwersytet Opolski.
