Vincent Terracol is an experienced professional in the railway and construction sectors, currently serving as Responsable Centre Travaux IDF at Avenel Officiel since December 2021. In this role, Vincent oversees client relations, financial management, and the overall operations of the agency, managing a team of approximately thirty collaborators while ensuring safety and maintaining employee competencies. Prior to this, Vincent held various positions at SNCF Réseau from December 2010 to November 2021, including Chargé de Budget et Planification Production and Dirigeant de Poximité Voie, where responsibilities encompassed budget preparation, production planning, and team management in the maintenance of rail infrastructure. Vincent holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Chemin de fer et transport ferroviaire from the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile, which was completed in 2010.
