Kristin Brooks has over 13 years of work experience in the aviation industry. Kristin began their career in 2008 as a Hiring and Compliance Specialist, Pilot Interview Coordinator, and Crew Scheduler at SkyWest Airlines. In 2016, they joined United Airlines as a Pilot Recruiter. In 2021, they began working at Korn Ferry as a Senior Recruiter and at Avelo Airlines as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior Recruiter.

Kristin Brooks attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Public Health. Prior to this, they attended the University of Delaware from 2001 to 2002, but did not receive a degree.
