Ming Fang is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry with extensive experience in the development of high-tech materials and specialty chemicals, particularly for the microelectronics industry. Currently serving as a Senior Raw Material Development Coordinator at Nitto Avecia since February 2021, Ming previously held positions as a Senior Scientist and Chemical Safety Officer at Merck KGaA from December 2015 to February 2021, and as a Senior Scientist at Sigma-Aldrich from October 2014 to November 2015, focusing on inorganic and organometallic ALD and CVD precursors. Prior roles include Postdoctoral Research Associate at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where Ming worked on electro-catalysts for hydrogen fuel production, and Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California, Irvine, specializing in small molecule activation and reduction chemistry. Ming Fang holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with an MSc in Inorganic Chemistry and a BSc in Chemistry from Jilin University.
