Richard Bankowski currently serves as Executive Vice President at AVAVA, focusing on Global Clinical, Regulatory, and Strategic Business Development since February 2024. Additionally, Richard holds the role of Chief Executive Officer at Richlor International, LLC, where work began in April 2023, having previously held the same position at the same company from December 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Global Clinical Affairs at LUTRONIC from January 2023 to July 2024 and an extensive tenure at Cynosure, Inc. from February 2001 to December 2021, where responsibilities included Vice President of Global Clinical Affairs and Executive Director of Field Clinical. Richard was also a member of the Board of Directors for the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc. from March 2014 to April 2017.
