Jose Velazquez Cardellat has extensive experience in project management and telecom deployments. Currently serving as the Project Manager for the Unified Deployment Plan and BQAs at Avatel Telecom since September 2020, Jose previously held the role of Deployment Manager at Grupo Afronta from July 2018 to August 2020, focusing on customer service and deployments. Prior to that, Jose managed a company with over 50 employees at Pexitel Planta Externa y Telecomunicaciones from March 2013 to June 2018, overseeing major telecommunications projects and earning recognition as a top maintenance and deployment company in the southern region. Additionally, from May 2002 to February 2013, Jose was the Project Director at GREDERAS INGENIERIA SL, leading engineering and construction projects for major clients such as Endesa, Telefónica, and Orange. Jose holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and a Technical Degree in Telecommunications from Complejo Educativo Blanco White.
