Matt Stewart has a diverse work experience with a range of technical roles. Matt started their career as a Helpdesk Technician at Fidelity Communications, troubleshooting internet, email, and phone services. Matt then worked as a Branch Helpdesk Technician at Edward Jones, where they gained extensive training in customer service skills. Matt also interned as a Client Engineering Services Team member at Monsanto, testing software applications and automating monthly metrics. Matt worked as a Helpdesk Intern at Announce Media, troubleshooting day-to-day issues and implementing online backup services. Matt then interned as an End User Computing Team Intern at Express Scripts, supporting and maintaining various end-user applications. Matt also interned as an MIS Intern at Fleishman-Hillard, completing diverse tasks for upper management and providing helpdesk support. Matt later worked as a Systems Support Specialist at Carboline Company, providing exceptional customer service and training sales reps on a new CRM system. Matt then worked as a Sales Account Manager at 5 North, selling AT&T U-verse and training a large team on sales techniques. Most recently, they joined Avatara as a Lead System Engineering for Networking.

Matt Stewart completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in General Study from East Central College, where they attended from 2006 to 2008.
