Upendra Balla is an experienced professional in the animation industry, currently serving as Manager - 3D COE at Avataar since January 2021, with previous roles including Animation Lead and Animator in platform delivery. Prior to Avataar, Upendra was the Lead Animator at LuciXR from May 2020 to January 2021 and held a similar position at Plastic Water Labs from January 2018 to April 2020. Earlier in the career, Upendra contributed as a Digital Pre-Production Artist at Green Gold Animation Pvt Ltd and as an ink and paint artist on a contract basis at DQ Entertainment. Education includes a BSC in Animation Filmmaking and 3D Animation from Wiztoonz College of Media and Arts and a Diploma in Animation Filmmaking from ZICA Secunderabad.
