Dr. Jason Dye is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal recruitment, human resources, and real estate consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Recruiter at Avata Partners since February 2023, Dr. Dye has also held the role of HR Manager at Petrillo Holding since May 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Real Estate and Design Consultant for a Private Real Estate Firm from October 2017 to May 2021, where collaboration on construction and design projects was key to exceeding client expectations. Earlier, Dr. Dye worked as an Executive Recruiter at Robert Half Executive Search, managing recruitment for senior and executive roles. Dr. Dye's educational background includes a Doctor of Business from Harvard Business School, alongside a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both also from Harvard.
