Nisha has also been a Human Resource Recruiter at Diverse Lynx, managing the full recruitment life cycle for various IT positions, and held HR roles at Azelo D-Power Pvt Ltd and Vedantu, emphasizing effective sourcing and recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical roles.
