Ranjit Samal is a Consultant at Avasant, and has over three years of experience in the IT outsourcing industry. Ranjit has worked with on-shore advisory teams on ISG led, multi-million dollar, consulting engagements, assisting them to identify leading service providers for IT and BP Outsourcing scope. Ranjit has also coordinated with the ISG advisory on a regular basis, collecting data and insights from ISG and non ISG resources and delivering “assessment based“ views on potential longlists by preparing competitive intelligence outputs for active deal engagements. In addition, they have assisted Advisors in conducting client and service provider workshops, by supplying relevant materials and information necessary for a successful engagement.

Ranjit's experience spans across North and South America, Europe (Especially Germany, UK, France, Italy, Nordics) ANZ region, and parts of Central Asia. Ranjit has predominantly worked with ADM and Infrastructure Services (Workplace Services, Cloud, Data center Outsourcing, IoT and Network Services).

Ranjit Samal has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance University Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Ranjit also has certifications from ISG in Digital Expert Certification and from LinkedIn in Critical Roles Consultants Play (and the Skills You Need to Fill Them).
