Diana Frolova is an experienced food industry professional currently serving as Technical Manager at Avara Foods since January 2019. Prior to this role, Frolova was Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Moy Park from August 2016 to January 2019 and held various positions at 2 Sisters Food Group, including Quality Assurance Manager, Internal Auditor, Supervisor, and Senior Team Leader from June 2012 to July 2016. Frolova started a career in education as a Development Instructor at Humana People to People from June 2011 to February 2012. Diana is pursuing a BSc (Honours) in Food Science & Technology from the University of Lincoln, expected to complete in February 2024, alongside a Level 6 Food Industry Technical Professional qualification through an IFATE Apprenticeship. Previous education includes studies at the College for Co-Operation and Development and completion of secondary education at Paide Co-Educational Gymnasium.
