Thomas Massie serves as the VP of Capital Improvements at Avanti Residential since January 2024, overseeing capital improvement projects and unit renovations while managing departmental budgets. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at Tower 16 Capital Partners from March 2019 to January 2024, including Director of Construction and Construction Manager, focusing on acquisitions, site evaluations, and budget creation. Thomas's experience also includes serving as Construction Project Manager at BH Management Services and Capital Project Manager at The Wolff Company, where responsibilities encompassed managing contractor agreements, coordinating project work, and implementing new products. Earlier career highlights include serving as VP of Special Projects at DRHR Construction and Building and Construction Manager at Newport News Public Works. Thomas holds a Master of Arts in Project Management from Villanova University and a BBA in Project Management from Strayer University.
