Kyle Kik currently serves as the VP of Maintenance and Procurement at Avanti Residential, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kyle held the title of Sr. Regional Maintenance Manager at MG Properties from May 2017 to April 2023, where valuable experience in maintenance management was gained.
