Chelsea Celistan currently serves as Principal and Head of Independent Sponsor and Company Direct Strategy at Avante Capital Partners, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Chelsea worked as Vice President at Providence Equity Partners from August 2021 to December 2023 and gained experience in private equity at Vista Equity Partners for a year. Chelsea's earlier career includes an MBA Summer Intern role at MerchSource, where contributions were made as Chief of Staff to the C-Suite and Senior Management Team, and an Associate position at The Vistria Group. Prior to this, Chelsea worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Leveraged Finance at Citi. Chelsea holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, Economics, and Spanish from Harvard University.
