Amrita Dalal currently serves as the People and Culture Coordinator at Avant Mutual since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles in Human Resources at CredenceSoft from September 2020 to July 2021, and Manager - HR at SPAR Solutions Pvt Ltd between December 2011 and July 2012. Amrita's expertise also encompasses positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Polaris Software Lab, a Senior Executive in Human Resources at SQTL, and a Senior HR Executive at Nityo Infotech, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur.
