Janica Jackson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and health services. Currently serving as a Health Benefits Specialist at Select Health since September 2023, Janica assists members, providers, and billing in navigating health plan intricacies. As an Independent Rater at Avant Assessment since March 2018, Janica evaluates Spanish language proficiency samples based on established rubrics.
