Elin Ahlberg has extensive experience in product management and customer support. Elin began their career in 2006 at OD2 as a Customer Support assistant before moving on to Nokia in 2007, where they held various roles such as Customer Support assistant, Team Leader Nokia Music Customer Support, and Care specialist. In 2014, Elin joined Microsoft as a Care Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Product Owner. Elin then worked at MixRadio as a Product Owner, responsible for developing a new web app. In 2016, they joined Moneyhub Enterprise as a Product Owner and subsequently joined Candide in 2017. At Candide, Elin held two roles, starting as a Product Manager for the Community and Knowledge division and then transitioning to Product Manager for the Marketplace division. Recently, in 2022, Elin joined Avant Arte as a Product Manager.

Elin Ahlberg pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1999, they began their studies at Mediagymnasiet i Nacka Strand and completed their Gymnasiet degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia in 2002. Later, from 2009 to 2012, Elin attended the University of the West of England, where they obtained a degree in Art and Visual culture, specializing in Fine Art and Visual Culture. Additionally, in June 2014, they obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance.
