Aaron Ross is an experienced Industrial, Human Factors, and Usability Designer currently working at Avanos Medical since September 2020. Previously, Ross served as an Ergonomics Specialist at Mass General Brigham from July 2010 to August 2020 and held positions as a Human Factors Engineer at Ximedica and a Principal/Ergonomist at Ergonomics Northwest. Early career roles include Material and Process Technology Engineer at The Boeing Company and Ergonomist/Project Manager at Ergonomics Inc. Ross holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Philosophy from Pacific University. Additional educational backgrounds include institutions such as Cornell University, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and Pitzer College.
