Paul Gray possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Manager of Distributed Energy Resources Programs at AVANGRID, Inc., where responsibilities include the management and development of DER programs with a focus on innovative Demand Response and Behind the Meter Net Generation initiatives. Previously, Paul held various engineering roles at The United Illuminating Company, contributing to energy conservation and generation projects. Paul is also recognized as a subject matter expert in Demand Response for the Iberdrola Global Innovation Committee. Educational qualifications include a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, an MBA from the University of New Haven, and a BS in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
