Hosik Jang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the intellectual property and licensing fields. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Korea Representative at Avanci since January 2024, Jang oversees licensing efforts for various platforms, including Avanci Vehicle and Innovius. Prior to this role, Jang held the position of Senior Vice President at Marconi from March 2021 to December 2023. Jang's career at Samsung Electronics spanned from December 1985 to December 2020, where notable positions included Senior Vice President leading the Licensing and IP Strategy Teams, as well as Vice President managing Patent Acquisition and Business Development. Jang began the career in patent litigation and licensing, advancing through various managerial roles. Jang holds a Master of Intellectual Property from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Yonsei University.
