Noriko Hino currently serves as the Head of Corporate Citizenship for Avanade in Japan, a position held since May 2022. In this role, Noriko drives the implementation of corporate citizenship activities, collaborates with HR and Talent Acquisition to enhance STEM programs, and manages Avanade's volunteering efforts across various regions. Previously, Noriko was the Head of Internal Brand Engagement at Fujitsu from May 2017 to May 2022 and founded NY de Volunteer, Inc., serving as Executive Director from January 2003 to December 2016. Noriko's educational background includes a Certificate in Social Innovation from Social Innovation School (October 2023 - March 2024) and a Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School (January 2011 - May 2011).
