Mande Gaffney is an experienced creative leader currently serving as the Executive Creative Director and Practice Lead for the South region at Avanade, since July 2016. Mande has held various leadership roles, including Design Ops Lead and South XD Talent Community Lead, focusing on optimizing design processes, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and enhancing brand awareness through innovative creative strategies. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Art Director at The Designory, Senior Designer at Agency.com, and Print Creative Manager at behindthechair.com, where Mande developed user-centered designs and managed cross-functional teams. Mande holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from The Illinois Institute of Art.
