Qualities I value in my colleagues
I value when my colleagues remain teachable and are open to learning to new concepts and/or ideas. Humility is another attribute of a colleague that is required to be part of a team effort. And lastly a colleague who takes his or her lifestyle of being a devoted mother or father or son or daughter who is of service to all their needs.
My communication style
I have a very glib communication style that sometimes comes off as insensitive or hurtful. So in communicating I have to ensure that I am being self aware at all times and remembering that I need to be transparent, responsive, and direct.
My pet peeves
A lack of gratitude is my biggest pet peeve.
