Elisa Alaniz, PMP, is an experienced project management professional with a comprehensive background in the construction and architectural fields. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, Elisa previously held roles such as Project Engineer at The Carroll Companies and ADA Project Manager at Altura Solutions, L.P. Throughout the career, Elisa has successfully managed multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints while maintaining compliance with relevant standards. Elisa possesses expertise in procurement, subcontractor management, and quality assurance, along with a strong foundation in architectural design, honed during early roles as an Intern Architect at KLLM Architects and a Design Studio Manager at USG. Elisa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and was the valedictorian at Notre Dame High School for Girls.
