Joseph Kelly has over 25 years of experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Sales Consultant and Window Treatment Specialist at Avalon Flooring USA since August 1997. In this role, Joseph drives sales through both in-store and outside business development, collaborating with interior designers, home builders, general contractors, property managers, and installers, while consistently meeting sales performance goals and profit margins. Prior to this position, Joseph worked at Sherwin Williams from October 1989 to August 1997 as an Assistant Store Manager and Credit Manager, where responsibilities included managing credit collection activities and supporting documentation for collection calls. Joseph holds a Finance Certification from Atlantic Cape Community College and a General Business degree from Mainland Regional High School.
