Niteen Joshi has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Niteen is currently working as an Associate Vice President at Avalon Consulting. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Strategy Consultant for a cluster of MNCs and as a Global Leader for Sales Effectiveness and Market Strategy at Morgan Advanced Materials. Niteen also served as a Senior Consultant (Strategy) at Valcon and a Sr. Manager (Markets and Industries) at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Additionally, they have experience as a Business EA to the CEO at Datamatics Global Services Limited and as a Business EA to the Managing Director at Forbes & co Ltd, where they also held the role of Corporate Finance Manager.

Niteen Joshi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology between 1990 and 1994. Niteen then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Finance & Marketing from ICFAI Business School from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Strategic Agility from LinkedIn in May 2021.
