Maura McGovern, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in SEC reporting and financial advisory services. Currently serving as Associate Director of SEC Reporting at Avalo Therapeutics since March 2021, Maura previously held the role of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes a managerial position in Financial Accounting Advisory Services at EY from July 2014 to March 2021, along with roles in audit and as an administrative assistant at Philadelphia University. Maura’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Philadelphia University, completed in 2014 and 2013, respectively.
