Ramona Barte is an experienced AI Programmer currently working at Avalanche Studios since April 2020, previously holding a similar position at The Outsiders from December 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of AI systems for the game Darkborn. Prior to focusing on AI, Ramona worked as a Software Developer at Avanza Bank, developing backend services with an emphasis on security, and as a contractor for Typedeaf, creating mobile apps with C# and Xamarin. An academic background includes a Master of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Linguistics from Utrecht University, complemented by research roles at the Donders Institute and Radboudumc, exploring neural mechanisms related to therapy and environmental learning through innovative methodologies like VR and fMRI.
