Hang Hoang currently serves as a Senior Manager of User Services at Availity, having joined the company in April 2022. Prior to this role, Hang held several positions in IT management, including Manager of IT Global Support Services at Promega Corporation from May 2014 to April 2022, and ITS Manager at M3 Insurance Solutions, Inc. from January 2006 to May 2014. Additional experience includes working as Project Office Manager at Dean Health Systems, Inc., Network Engineer at Goliath Networks, IT Trainer at Inacomp Computer Centers, and Training Instructor at UW-Madison's Division of Information Technology (DoIT). Hang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed between 1992 and 1997.
