Chris Lashmar is an experienced developer currently working at AVA Industries since April 2021. Previously, Chris held various roles at CAWST from August 2013 to January 2021, including System Advisor and Systems Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed system enhancements, timesheet and payroll process design, and automation of reporting processes. Chris has also worked as an Interim Business Analyst at Halsall Associates, predicting energy savings for commercial buildings, and began a career in engineering as a Mechanical Engineer in Training at Foraytek Engineering. Additional experience includes participation in multiple Solar Decathlon competitions and serving as a Technologist II at Enervision. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a diploma in Computer Systems Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
