Aaron G. has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Aaron began their career in 1999 as COO/CIO at ValueStar, where they were responsible for delivering a web based solution to the current manual process of verifying the quality of service provided by various service providers. In 2001, they became COO at Innovion Corp. Aaron then moved to Severn Technology, Inc in 2015 as CFO/Treasurer. In 2006, they became CEO/CFO at Skimpak and in 2013 they became Chair of the Board of Directors at Dare LLC, where they created a transactional engine that acts as the interface between NPOs, Volunteers, Corporations and Government. In 2008, they joined the Board of Tuttidare Foundation. In 2019, they founded FXAI Fund and became Member of the Board and Founder at Auxilia, where they focused on small and mid size NPOs and their fundraising. In 2020, they joined the Board of South Beach Yacht Club as Treasurer, and in 2021 they became a Board Member at The Auxilia Foundation.

Aaron G. received their BS in Physics from the United States Naval Academy between 1979 and 1983. Aaron then went on to obtain their MS in Physics from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 1990 and 1993. Aaron is also currently enrolled in Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business.
