Luciana Wanke has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources and EHS Director at AutoZone since May 2012, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager. Luciana held the role of Vice-president of the Strategic HR Committee at Amcham-Brasil from June 2019 to June 2021. Prior experience includes positions as an HR Consultant and Fulfillment Coordinator, as well as an HR Analyst at Du Pont do Brasil SA between January 2001 and May 2012, and as an HR Analyst at Bayer from June 1995 to December 2000. Luciana holds an MBA in Business Management from USP/Esalq (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (1995-1998), along with Six Sigma Green Belt Certification obtained in November 2006.
