Barend Johannes Retief has extensive experience in the automotive sales and marketing industry, serving as General Manager of Sales and Marketing at AutoworldSA since April 2010, where responsibilities include management, sales, and marketing of vehicles, bakkies, and trucks. Additionally, Barend holds the position of Sales Manager at Autoworld, focusing on the acquisition and sales of pre-owned vehicles, team training, and marketing strategies. Previously, Barend served as Dealer Principal at Panorama VW, overseeing sales and marketing plans, and ran own business, Ben Retief Motors, where all aspects of operations were managed. Barend holds a BA in Physical Education from the University of the Free State.
