Ilya Frumson has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Ilya started their career as an Embedded Software Developer in the Israeli Air Force, where they developed software and test plans for avionics computers. Ilya also provided customer support and had a strong ability to learn new subjects independently.

After their stint in the military, Ilya joined CEVA, Inc. as a Software Automation Engineer. Here, they implemented tools for automation and validation of software development tools for DSP processors. Ilya was responsible for defining and developing infrastructure and automatic tools in Perl, Python, and Java. Their role involved executing automatic software and FPGA testing tools as well as running multiple eclipse projects from command line eclipse plugin applications.

Currently, Ilya is working at Autotalks as a DSP FW Automation Engineer. Ilya is involved in developing testing infrastructure for Autotalks CV2X automotive communication modem. Their responsibilities include designing and developing testing infrastructure in C and Python to test AutoTalks DSP firmware. Ilya also has experience working with Jira, Git (via BitBucket), Linux (Ubuntu), Jenkins, and Eclipse.
