Massimiliano Arces has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as Direttore HSE Gruppo and Head of Group HSE at Autostrade per l'Italia since July 2020, while also being a member of the Board of Directors at Gioveclear since May 2023. Previously, Massimiliano held key positions at Astaldi, including Head of Sustainability and HSEQ, as well as Head of Group HSE. Additional roles include HSE Lead Auditor at Det Norske Veritas and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Massimiliano began a professional career as an Environmental Consultant with Arthur Andersen. The academic background includes a Laurea in Ingegneria Civile with a specialization in Geotechnics from Università degli Studi di Palermo and further studies at EURO - Centro di ricerca, promozione ed iniziativa comunitaria.
