Cheri Ward has extensive experience in customer service management, having held positions as Customer Service Manager at Autosmart International and HPI RACING from October 2003 to March 2016. Prior to these roles, Cheri managed household responsibilities as a Mum and worked as a Customer Service Representative at Marston's PLC from July 1993 to January 2000. Cheri holds a degree in Leadership Management from The Open University Business School, completed between 2009 and 2013.
