Johan Hol is an experienced professional in data management and business processes, currently serving as a Toezichthouder Datahub at Autoriteit Financiële Markten since July 2024, while maintaining a role as a member of the DNB Publiekspanel at De Nederlandsche Bank since 2017. Johan has extensive freelance experience as an Office VBA developer and trainer, delivering tailored solutions across various Microsoft applications since 2015. As the founder of ISIN2LEI.eu, a RegTech startup established in 2018, Johan focuses on financial technology innovation. Previous roles include Vice President and Senior Business Process Manager at Goldman Sachs and NN Investment Partners, as well as positions at BMW Group Financial Services, Rabobank, and Achmea Bank. Johan holds a BSc in Business Economics from Avans University of Applied Sciences, complemented by additional education from Tilburg University and Lingecollege.
