Eva Dil has extensive experience in the financial industry, currently serving in multiple roles including Toezicht Gedrag & Cultuur and Toezicht Verzekeren & Pensioenen at Autoriteit Financiële Markten since December 2014. Prior to this, Eva held positions in customer care at Initial Nederland and as a business support representative at Telfort. Early career roles include working in sales order and traffic services at VNU Media, an HR internship at Kraft Foods, a research internship at In Touch women resource management BV, and a serving role at Restaurant 'In de Baars.' Eva completed a Master’s degree in Work- and Organizational Psychology, specializing in personnel selection, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field at the University of Amsterdam, complemented by an intensive French language course at ACCORD Ecole de Langues Paris. Education was completed at Jac. P. Thijsse College with a focus on Cultuur en Maatschappij.
