Nour Khater is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy and disaster risk management sectors. Currently serving as Chef de division at Autorité de sûreté nucléaire (ASN) since September 2021, Nour Khater previously held positions such as Energy Business Development Officer at NAREVA HOLDING and Project Officer at Gecina. Nour Khater gained valuable insights as a Research Analyst at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité and as a Disaster Risk Management Analyst with the World Bank Group, focusing on the economic impacts of natural disasters in the LAC region. Additionally, Nour Khater has a strong foundation in water resource management from experience as a Water Resource Analyst for the Water Scarce Cities Initiative. With a background in performing arts as a dancer for Caracalla Dance Theatre, Nour Khater also holds a Master's degree in Science and Executive Engineering from Mines Paris - PSL and completed studies at Corps des Mines and Lycée Sainte-Geneviève.
