Megan McNicholas, MBA, serves as an IT Project Manager at AutoNation since October 2023, focusing on Workday implementation and project administration. Previously, Megan was a Project Manager and Business Analyst at SKNV and held the position of Director of Implementation at Nomi Health, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional projects, implementing a new testing platform, creating training content, and managing special events. Megan's extensive experience also includes roles as Program Manager and Project Manager at Starboard Cruise Services, where project coordination, budgeting, and risk management were key duties.
