Rico Carroccio has a comprehensive work experience spanning over three decades. Rico currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Sales Initiatives at APCO Holdings, LLC since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at JM&A Group for 17 years, holding various managerial roles including Project Lead, Client Performance; Sr. Mgr., Product Intelligence; Sr. Mgr., Financial Planning & Business Analytics; and Mgr., Financial Planning & Dealer Lending Programs. Before JM&A Group, they served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Interval International from 1999 to 2006. Rico also has experience in Treasury, Planning & Analysis as the Manager at Enterprise Holdings from 1997 to 1999. Starting their career, Rico worked at Ryder System, Inc. as a Manager in Credit Administration from 1995 to 1997, and at Barnett Bank as a Cash Management Officer, Senior Credit Analyst, and Credit Analyst from 1991 to 1995.

Rico Carroccio has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, obtained between 1988 and 1991. Rico also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Florida International University - College of Business, completed from 1993 to 1997.
