Fernando Baldin serves as the Country Manager at AutomationEdge, where responsibilities include enhancing Brazilian businesses through automation in their processes. Fernando has also contributed to the Strategic Advisory Board at HDI Brasil, providing insights and recommendations regarding support industry trends. With experience as a member of Confraria do Empreendedor and previously as CEO of Techautomation, Fernando has led initiatives focused on automating business processes for optimal ROI. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Premier IT and Director of Operations and Innovation at Premier IT Global Services, where Fernando oversaw service delivery and innovation in IT operations. Fernando holds an MBA in Business Administration from Estação Business School and a degree in Public Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
