Alex's expertise extends to leadership consulting, having founded Alex Ritzema Productions, LLC, and served as Director of Improvisational Solutions at FISHLADDER, INC. Academically, Alex holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Hope College and has completed a Master's Certificate in Strategic Change Management from Michigan State University, along with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
