Onur Dogucu is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Head of Development at Autom Mate since March 2022. Previously, Onur worked as the Chief Technology Officer at IT HERO A.Ş. from January 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included technology strategy, innovation, and advocacy. Onur has extensive experience leading software development teams and managing ITOM and ITSM solutions, contributing to projects like the "Hero Plugin Suite" and various consultancy roles. A background in software engineering and technical support spans several organizations, including Bilge Adam, Nar Bilişim Teknolojileri, and T-Soft E-Ticaret Çözümleri. Onur completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the European University of Lefke in 2013.
