Leisha Thein is an experienced Executive Assistant with a career spanning over a decade in various roles, most recently serving as Executive Assistant at Autolus Ltd. since January 2023. Prior to this, Leisha held the position of Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Microbiologics from July 2021 to December 2022, after being promoted from Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the same company from July 2017 to May 2021. Leisha's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Scientific Officer at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC, supporting senior executives across multiple departments from March 2011 to July 2017. Leisha completed Business Administration and Management studies at Southwest Minnesota State University after graduating from Montevideo Senior High School.
